You'd better ask the administration of the ITMA to provide you the inviotation letter. If they refused to provide the letter for you, you may use the invitation from another company authenticated from local government to apply for the visa, but your travel purpose will conflicts with the invitation letter.SO I don't think it will work for your visa application. You may try to enquire an visa agent about the practicality, and entrust the visa agent to apply for the visa for you if possible.
