About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I have already accomplished all the requirements needed for tourist visa in china

hello! I have already accomplished all the requirements needed for tourist visa in china and ready for submission in a travel agency however i still have doubts about the result of my visa since Philippines and China disparity over the scarborough shaol is getting worse and business and tourism are affected, will visa application be affected by this issue?
