About:Marriage Registration in China

overseas chinese

can an overseas chinese marry a foreigner in china? I dont have a hukou as you mentioned, but I am still chinese as I have a chinese passport. And my fiance is a foreigner.

If you do not have Hukou, you can not register marriage in China. I am not clear why you need to get this done in China, do you plan to move back to China?
