1.Yes, you need a visa to enter Macao;
2. You can apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Kuala Lumpur with the following documents:
(i) Original passport remaining to be valid for at least six months from the date of application and with sufficient blank visa pages.
(ii) One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo stuck on it;
(iii) the original and a copy of your permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least 6 months and a copy of the passport first page.
