Thank you so much for the reply but still I don't know how much is the total amount I have to pay for the visa, as a british citizen, living in the united state, visiting China. My application and documents are ready and waiting to figure the $ amount I have to write on my check. (Double entry Visa: $45 + service fee: $20 + ?) Is there any other charges?Thanks,

Visa fee is $ 65 for double entry under express service, no other charges. Please make checks or money order payable to Chinese Consulate General if you will submit your application to Consulate general in San francisco.
