will my application be rejected?

She looked at my application and passport oked it and gave me a pick up receipt for 5/9. doing some research many websites say that no line should be left blank. Will my application be rejected once I go pick it up? wouldn't they rejected it on the spot? (chicago chinese consolation)

That's true no line should be left blank in your application form. So far, no one can check your visa status during untill processing is complete. You can only check your passport with you receipt when pick up your passport on that very day.
