About:Marriage Registration in China

My husband is lying on his visa he is not married & plan to marry a chinese woman.

Who can I get in contact with or do you know a telephone Number to report

In order to finish his marriage registration in China, a single certificate from US is required. I think, he is not able to get it if he is married, right? so, don't worry too much. For report itself, I think you can report to the embassy or consulate where he got his visa to China, and they may list him in record and will never issue him visa again.
