About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Foreign tourist needing a visa within one week

Hi,

I am exchange student in South-Korea and I have a normal Korean student visa. After school ends I'd like to stay a bit longer in Asian, but I can't get visa to china because they seem to have rule that Korean alien registry card must be valid for 6 month.

Is it possible to get Chinese visa in Japan without such annoying restrictions? Is it possible in any consulate, because I am not sure yet which city I'll be visiting.

Yes, you can apply for a China tourist visa in either of Chinese embassy or consulate in Japan, just providing copy of your entry record to Japan on your passport.
