can i apply for a chinese visa?

hi!can i apply for a chinese visa without any plane ticket documents?,,im planning to buy ticket when my visa is release by the embassy?

Sorry, the plane ticket is required for China visa application. I know what you may concern, but visa officers make the final decision on visa according to the documents you provide. Maybe they will not accept your application in the first place if you can not provide it.
