Hi, you can take the inter-city train to get to the Shenzhen Luohu Railway Station from Guangzhou East Stataion. The train is available every 15 minutes and takes about one hour to get to Shenzhen. From Luohu Railway Station, you may take the Metro LuoBao Line to get to the Windows of the World directly and it takes about half an hour. The train ticket fare of Guangzhou/Shenzhen is CNY85 for first class seat and CNY75 for second class. Hope it is helpful.
