Chinese Drs Invited to meeting in South Korea

Several chinese physicians have been invited to a pharmaceutical meeting being held by a US company in Seoul, South Korea for doctors across Asia. How do we go about securing visas for them?

Is there any way to do it without having to send them to consulate themselves?

1.They all have to apply a C-3 visa individually at the South Korea embassy or consulate in their own country.
2. The US company has to provide them invitation letter and the copy of the company's registration certificate.
