You want to apply a China L Visa, right ?If so, the following documents are needed:
(1)Original passport remaining to be valid for at least six months from the date of application and with sufficient blank visa pages;
(2) Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo stuck on it (both V2011A and V2011B) ;
(3) the original and a copy of your work permit which should be valid for at least 6 months and a copy of the passport first page;
