Renew my Indonesian passport in Sanya, China

Hi , my name is Ni Nengah Agustini i am from Bali Indonesia, and now i am working at Mandarin Oriental Sanya, China.
I want to renew my passport maybe this month or next month, my passport will expired on 9 of October 2012.
I am wondering about how long it will take to make it, how much it cost and what document do i need to prepare ( pictures, ID etc)?
What time and what day the office consult will open and closed?
