Hi,do you have any idea on the schedule of the mtr from the Chek  Lap Kok Airport to Panda Hotel located in Tsuen Wan because my arrival will be on May 07,2012 at 12:50 am. How much would be the fare?I will be also staying in Hong Kong for 5 days and is it really necessary for me to get the octopus card since mtr primarily will be my means of transportation in visiting places?Thanks a lot and have a great day. :)

You may can not catch the airport express at that time. You can take the airport night bus N31 upon arrival and get off at Tsuen Wan (Discovery Park), then catch a taxi to the hotel. The bus fare is HKD20.9 and the taxi fare may be around HKD20.  It is not so necessary to buy an Octopus card, but you can get a discount price when taking MTR with an octopus card, thus you'd better buy one.
