Chinese Visa on Arrival Entry Ports Along the Russian Border

Is there a chance to get VISA ON ARIVAL when travlling to CHINA from RUSSIA by TRAIN?
Do you possibly know where shall I cross the border to be able to get one?
If not - do you know a place in Russia along the trannsiberian train route, where I should apply for one once there.
