indication of a medical instituion for health status check up

I am ewodros Reda, a graduate of HolyTrinity  Theological College, Addia Ababa. yesterday, I was informed by educational agent of study in China to submit a document which certifies my health status.ould you please provide me your invaluable information that which hopsital I am supposed to take this medication so as to submit my document.since I am a student a t present, a private health instituion will charge me beyond my financial capability.Thanks in adavance.yours sincerely,TEWODROS

Do you mean the Physical Examination Certificate for China Student visa application? if yes, you can have a visit to the embassy, forms, guidelines and list of accredited hospitals are available at the visa counter. Generally, those from a national hospital is ok.
