You don't have to apply for a Macau visa, but you have to apply for an Macau entry permit instead.

According to your statement, you have Philippines residence permit or Philippines visa, you are exempt from a visa to Macau for up to 7 days, if you want to extend the stay duration in Macau, you can apply for extension of stay at Immigration Department of Macau Public Security Police Bureau after you arrive in Macau for 2 days. The maximum stay duration for extension is 90 days.
