About:China Visa Application Requirements

chinese visa requirement

what is the requirements in applying chinese visa, cuz we are planning to visit shanghai for business purposes on May 8 to May 11.

If for business purpose, you will have to submit these documents:
1. Your passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration.
2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-size, with white background, full-face front view, and no hat.
3. Invitation of a duly authorized Chinese unit such as the local foreign affairs office
4. Invitation letter with a copy of the inviter's valid residence visa and passport information
page or inviter's Chinese national identity card and the company's business registration.
5. Previously used China visa in old or new passport if any
6. Phtocopy of the emergency contact information page in your passport

If it's your first trip to China, your Original NBI clearance valid for travel abroad and Employment certificate, company ID, SSS ID and contributions, TIN ID and latest ITR will also be required.
