About:China Visa on Arrival

Can Indonesian apply visa on arrival in Shenzhen?

I need to go to Shanghai for a trade fair at the last minute. The fair is this week.

If you can provide a invitation from the administration of the trade fair to prove that you are invited at the last moment, and a confirmation of invitation by an authorized unit of China. I think you can get an on-arrival visa in Shenzhen.
