From Hongkong, travel to shenzen requires china visa? how to get it from HK?

Yes, you have to apply for a visa to enter Shenzhen. In Hk, there is a visa office of PRC at 7th Floor, Lower Block, China Resources Building, No.26, Harbor Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong SAR. If you are not permanent resident in Hong Kong, I'm afraid you will be not able to get a China visa there.0
