new baby visa application requirements

i am egyptian stydy in china and i have baby still born, i want to make birthday certificate and passport for him. what i can do? please answer as soon as possible thanks

If your spouse is also not the citizen of China,you shall go to the Embassy or consulate of Egypt in China;If your spouse is a Chinese, you can enquiry at the public security bureau.
