My family also came down with food poisoning. We took a flight from Guangzhou to Kuala Lumpur on China Southern flight CZ365 on 21 September 2012, which departed Guangzhou at 5:20PM local time. The meal options were seafood rice or chicken rice. We chose seafood. About 8 hours later, the stomach pain started. I had intermittent diarrhea and stomach wrenching pain for 3 days after that. I don't think I will ever eat airline meals again.
