About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

how can i get consularized Special power of attorney here in china?

Can i send through mail the documents to be consularized? How? thank you

You mean to post your documents back to the China embassy or consulate in your home country to be consularized? I'm not sure whether it will work, since most oversea China embassies and consulates don't provide mail service. You do have to try to contact the embassy or consulate directly to confirm this in advance.
