About:Chinese Embassy in Kenya

economic and commercial section

hi can someone please help? when there is a joint venture between a kenyan company and a chinese one do the documents have to be deposited at your embassy once we register them here?

I think so. The relevant business certificates may be also processed through the economic and commercial section of the China embassy in Kenya. To open a joint venture with a partner of other country may be a complicated thing, you'd better send someone to the office to know about the details.
