About:China Visa on Arrival

I want to go from Guangzhou to Hong Kong and back to Guangzhou!

Hey, I need to go to hong Kong for 6 hours and return back to Guangzhou. My visa is single entry can I obtain a VISA to get in Guangzhou again?
