I am Pakistani national and having UAE residence visa, please tell me how can I apply for Hong Kong visa?

You may just apply for a HK visa through the China Embassy in UAE, and the documents required are generally your passport, your residence permit in UAE, visa application form and other documents according to your travel purpose.
