hi!do i need my own back account?i dont have a bank accoun?

hi!do i need my own back account with a minimun of 50,000php..or can i use the bank account of my sponsor??i'am unemployed now,.do i really need a visa confirmation and an invtation letter from my sponsor?if i have this two letter are we sure that the embassy will grant my visa?
