Filipino passport holders are exempt from visa to Hk for no more than 14 days. You may just need to provide return air ticket and enough funds for your 3-day stay to the immigration office when you enter Hk.
To live in Hk for long, you have to apply for a proper visa such as work or student visa. You may go to the immigration office of Hk to know about it in detail when you are in Hk. You mau also get some info. about opening a business in Hk there.
