About:China Visa

I have a Australian passport. I wish to fly from Singapore to Shanghai.

Hi,
I have a Australian passport. I wish to fly from Singapore to Shanghai. Can I enter Shanghai without a visa or I can apply for a visa in Shanghai airport (Pudong). I have not enough time to apply for China visa while I am in Singapore. Also, I do not know whether I will be required to fly to Shanghai until after my meeting in Singapore.
My regards,
Lawrence.

If you will just stay in Shanghai for less than 48 hours, and then you will go back to Australia or go to other countries, you may not need a China visa.
