how can i get residence permit visa ?

i am iranian my wife is chinese , i have one baby girl , she born in china , i rent a house in shonde foshan lecong , and my wife and my baby living there. but my wife is from gansu langzou , i also going to china every one month and stay with them 30 days  because  i don't have longer visa to stay with them ....... i want to know what i should do to get Residence Permit visa to living with my family in china ??? do you know  baby need father but me always can not with them because i don't have visa to stay there ..........please you help me to get my Residence Permit visa .thank you so much to you from me & my wife & my baby

Actually, with the China family visit visa, you can apply another less than 30-day extension of stay three times in the first year. After you stay in China for a total of 1 year, you will be permitted to apply for less than 6-month extension of stay twice in the second year if you can provide proof of no criminal record in China in the former year and you have stready income and marriage life.  In the third year, you may apply for a temoporary residence permit of China with no more than 1 year validity which may be applied for a less than 1-year extension of stay twice again. After you have been lived in China for a continous 5 years, you may be given a permanent residence of China.

hi   i know tow time i apply then i get visa in china but thy give me single entry only i can stay in china ,  if i back to my country then i have no visa to go back to china again please u tell me what i do ?

Hi akbari mahmoud, didi you read my above reply carefully? You can just enter and stay in China with the single entry China visa, apply for extension of stay for somw time. Then go back to your country to stay for a while and then apply for another visa to enter and stay in China for another period of time (valid duration plus the extension of stay). Repeat this again until  you have stayed in China for a total of one year, the thing will become easier, and you will be permitted to stay in China for a longer time for each entry.

After you go back to your home country, you may apply for another China visa to return to China.
