please advise how to apply for a Work permit Visa from you embassy ( i am closer to Hong Kong )

I am invited to work as a teacher in Dubai , and i am a Canadian citizen now living in China /ShenZhen for 7 years , please advise how to apply for a Work permit Visa from you embassy ( i am closer to Hong Kong ) , the school has provided me with a contract already .
