Hi, our family will be staying at Hotel Panorama by Rhombus Tsim Tsa tsui this coming June, Is it advisable to visit Macau for one day? leave HK in the morning and be back in the evening?How can we get to Macau from Hotel Panorama by Rhombus?thanks

It is OK for you to do a day trip to Macau. From the hotel, you can walk to China Ferry Terminal, Tsim Sha Tsui to take ferry to Macau.

You have no need to buy the ticket in advance. You can buy it upon arrival at the ferry terminal.  The ferry seems operate 24 hours. I remember the ferry ticket price ranges from HKD140~180 for different classes.
