i am a filipino.just in case,can i change my tourist visa into working visa after i arrived in hk?

I think so, you may ask your employer help to submit your Hk work visa application to Hong Kong Immigration Department at 2/F, Immigration Tower 7 Gloucester Road Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

If you are request to be out of HK, you may just go to Macau for some time during the visa application process.
