About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Requirements for china visa application if unemployed but my mom will sponsor all the expenses.

Hi. my husband,son age 7 and i are going to travel to china.this is not our first time to get a visa but my husband lost his old passport where the sticker from his old china visa is attached.my husband and i are both unemployed.Is it possible for us to get another visa?what requirements do we need especially that we are both unemployed.Thank you!

Hi! Since you already have a previous China Visa, you will no longer need to submit documents as a first timer (as indicated in this website). I'm not sure about your husband. You can seek help from Visa processing agencies - most of them are in Malate. They can give you consultation re your husband's case. As long as you have money to buy ticket, of course you can visit China even if you're unemployed. Just be cautious in the immigration at the airport - they usually ask you to open your pockets to check how much money you have - to ensure you're financially equipped on your travel.
