About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

Issuing the verifying document that I was educated in china university

Hi~~~~this is 3 times inquiry,,,Yah please let me know the method how can I get the above document that I
was stuided in China University of HeiLongJiang TCM university for 3 years for applying the Hawaii state License. So I visited the china tour company Iin Hawaii but they don't do this procedure ,so I have to do by myself via china consulate web site , but I couldn't find the method...so please let me know how can I to do....!!! I looking for your kind reply

I'm a little bit confused by what you said above. Do you mean to apply for a China student visa to study in HeiLongJiang TCM university for 3 years? Can you please make it more spevific?

Tks Mr. Ryan,,,,As I said to the above, I was educated in china HeilongJiang TCM University from 2004 to 2007, and In 2010 I passed the Acupuncture NCCAOM exam in America.
So Now I am going to apply the Acupuncture License of Hawaii state board.

Among applying documents of Hawaii Acupuncture state board, They require the below
documents : An original letter from the appropriate foreign goverment agency verifying that
the institute, school or college was licensed, approved or accredited at the time of the
applicant's graduation :

So please let me know the procedures how can I get the original letter from china consulate
and what kind of documents should be needed or sent to China consulate for receiving the
original letter if possible.

I think the letter should be issued by the Ministry of Education, China. If you are in Los Angeles now, please go to or cotnact the China consulate there to ask for any help,
