Hello, Mr name is Anyanwu John O. I am a nigerian and a student of Ningbo University of Technology

Which is the appropriate place to get Thailand visiting visa to visit Thailand from China for someone who lives at Ningbo China? Beijing or shanghai?

You should apply for the Thailand visa from the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Shanghai, since Ningbo is near to Shanghai.
