About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

my mother had a stroke. Now is in ICU. Can I get ticket fly to beijing and get arrival visa?

Yes, but you have to ask your mother's doctor to issue a notice of critical illness as assistance of your on-arrival China visa application at the Beijing airport.
