About:China Embassy in Thailand

Short period for Business trip Visa

I have plan to going for business trip to visit factory in Shi Wan, Foshan (Guangdong) from 22-25 April 2012
I prefer to submit my visa application by myself, but I like to have your advise as; do I need to buy the traveling cheque? the hotel accommodation, transport van, foods and meal the factory offer us and don't know where is the hotel place, is there any problem?

If your Chinese partner will afford your stay in China, I don't think you need to provide the traveling check, hotel accommodation, etc. You may ask the administration of the factory to write an invitation letter to you, and let them apply for a confirmation of invitation from the local foreign affairs office for you as well. The two letters are very important for your China business visa application.
