You may just apply for a China tourist visa from the China embassy or consulate near to your living place with the documents below:
1. Your Filipino passport with blank pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration
2. A truly and completely filled application form affixed with one passport-size of white background
3. Previously used China visa in old or new passport (Only visa stickers will be accepted)
4. The emergency contact information page in the applicant's passport should be filled out and photocopied.

If it's your first time to China, you also have to provide Original NBI clearance valid for travel abroad, Original bank certificate with receipt or original passbook and updated within the month that you are applying.

If you are employed, provide an employment certificate; company ID, SSS ID and contributions, TIN ID and latest ITR

If you are 16-21 years old, personal appearance will be required at the embassy or consulate.

The visa fee is 1400 peso. If you have been given a China visa before, I'm glad that it will be some of help for your visa application this time. Wish you a good trip.
