Yes, you can, but you may b erequired to provide your residence permit, valid visa or entry record to Indonesia. By the way, if you are not holding official or diplomatic passport, you should submit your visa application to the China Visa Application Service Center at Unit 6, 2nd Floor East Building, JI, Lingkar Mega Kuningan Blok E.3.2 Kav 1, Jakarta.
