can mongols obtain spain visa in beijing?

I live in Mongolia.I want to make a business trip to Spain.But unfortunately there is no Spain Embassy in Mongolia .So can i obtain a spain Visa in Beijing with an Invitations letter from my Spain business partner?How long does it take to get it? Thank you very much. Jugder Tumurbat

I find that there is a Spanish office in Ulán Bator, Mongolia, so you may just apply for the Spanish visa there.  Yes, you can apply for the visa with the invitation letter, your passport, visa application form and Closed round-trip or tour ticket. The process takes around 4 weeks.
