From what you stated, I get that you still don't have a cooperator in China and you will just go to China for an ivestigation, right? Then I think you may just apply for a China tourist visa for this. Strictly, you should apply for a China business visa, since your travel purpose is related to business rather than sightseeing, visit relatives or private things. However, you will not be able to get the Invitation letter of a duly authorized Chinese unit or the confirmation letter of invitation from the China side, which is necessary for the China F business visa application. Thus, you may just apply for a tourist visa, since your travel can also be considered as for private affairs in China.

Anyway, the documents you haev to prepare for the visa application are:
1. your Bangladesh passport that should has over 6 months validity and over 2 blank pages left when you submit the application
2. truly and fully filled visa application form affixed with a certificate photo
3. round-trip air ticket
5. financial proof such as bank statement or tax receipt.

1. I don't think it will affect your visa application if only your passport has enough validity and blank pages on.
2. All tyeps of China visa use the same application form which can be download at the bottom of this page https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa.htm. A single entry China visa costs 2050 Takas and takes around 4 working days.
3. I think your passport is ok. A passport standard photo will be ok. It doesn't matter which airline's plane you will take. Either bank statement or tax receipt is ok.
