whether i can send somebody to get the china visa for me?

my name is M L SENGHORE am a business man base in the gambia , i have an invitation letter from one company,so i want to know weather i can send somebody to your embassy in dakar together wit my passport and my bank statement and the air ticket and also with invitation letter, for him to get it for me,
