How to apply the visitor visa to Lebanon for a Chinese with the ordinary passport?

I am chinese in mainland China with the ordinary passport,can i get a one month valid visa renewable for three months at the airport or the border centers of Lebanon on your arrival?because in China we have 2 kinds of passports,the ordinary one and the offical passport.
