How to apply the visitor visa to Lebanon for a Chinese?

I am chinese in mainland China, going to apply the visitor visa to visit my lebanese friend,Please tell me how to apply the visitor visa and what kinds of documents i need to submit to the embassy.

You may get a one month valid visa renewable for three months at the airport or the border centers of Lebanon on your arrival. The documents required include your valid passport and return air ticket.
