Langfang Visit on April 22, 2012

Ill be visiting that city in April 2012, can you please advise what tourist spot can i visit? i only have a half day free time from the day of my arrival in Langfang International Hotel (Afternon).
What is the climate there so i can prepare appropriate clothes.
