I am Filipino citizen with a valid US Visa, I have scheduled visit to Shenzhen China.

Do I need to get a China Visa for me to be able to do the Equipment Installation in Texas Instruments Semiconductor Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Address Locality: Shenzhen Special Economic Zone 201203 ?
Or will I just get an Authorization Certificate like when I wnet to Taiwan with the same purpose? If yes, where
can I make an application? Please advice.
