I want to Open Coffee Shop in China, I want to Know do i need Permission of govt. to Open Coffee Shop. Can i renew my visa every year behalf of my Shop? Does it Possible??

You do need the permission of the Chinese goverment. To open a business in China needs rather complicated procedures. You'd better make a detailed enquiry from the commercial office of the locla China embassy or consulate in your living place.  You may be granted a business visa to China and after you enter China you need to apply for a residence permit since you will stay in China for a long time. I think it is possible for you to renew your residence permit in China annually after you open the shop in China.
