visa to hongkong for french passport holders

I am a UAE resident with a French passport. Do I need to get a visa for china, HongKong or I can get it at the airport upon arrival?

French passport holders enjoy a 90-day visa free privilege to Hk, but they do need to apply for a China visa before enter China.  You may just apply for the China visa from the China Embassy or consulate in UAE.
