can i get it with my residence permitdo i need to renew my z visa?

I have a Residence permit now but my Z visa is no longer valid.  I am trying to get a job in China. Can I get it with my residence permit or do I need to renew my Z visa?

The rigth way is that you find another offer in China, go back to your country to apply for a new work visa under the help of your new enployer, and apply for another residence permit within 30 days of yoru re-entry to China.
